Good hotel and good launch

Swiming pool was not working and they didn't inform customers

The room is good and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the towels were new. The breakfast was really good with several options.

The breakfast gets crowded and theres is queue for everything. The receptionist that made me checkin was totally rude and careless with my registration. Didnt add my Marriott number to my reservation correctly! Location is far from everything, but close to Cantoon Fair.

Outdoor seating is uncomfortable at all. Beds need to be changed. OverusedCarpets need to be changed. Dirts allover

Nice amenities as expected from Westin

Staff staff staff. This is definetly not a hotel where you can expect good service. Staff does not speak any English. So many many mistakes in orders

Good room size, with more than enough space for luggage. Great breakfast options.

The lady staff on reception was too busy playing on her phone while the queue grew longer.

Hotel was amazing, included breakfast, excellent beads, clean.

Karson from their Reception did an excellent job assisting me with managing to get to the hotel from the main train station where i found myself stranded. As a foreigner, knowing you have a helping hand on the other side of the phone line is always a good thing.

Canton fair, what can I expect? service? Ha!

high price, no service, bad food,

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. I stay here during exhibitions being held at the Poly World Trade Center. It is just a few minutes walking from it. The hotel rooms are very spacious and there is lots of daylight coming in. The beds are very very good! Very big and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. So much choice of Asian food, but also Western food. The hotel is perfect for business people. The staff was friendly and helped me a lot with certain things like ordering food etc.

It is a bit expensive compared to other hotels in the same class, but the reason I stay here is because I can rely on the good rooms. There is no option for massage. It use to have it. The restaurant also has not so many choice as it use to have and the staff don't speak English very well. The desk staff can speak English.

Property is great, close proximity to tradeshow venue, clean and comfortable.

Ease of access to the canton fair compex

Access through from area c to a and b was made hard as no elevator were working and doors were locked closed

I do not recommend hotel service, especially the driver who takes guests to the fair, because he told me to get off because we did not have a hotel card with us, we could not have it because we checked out of the hotel 10 minutes earlier, but the hotel check-in time is until 12 p.m. and we were still hotel guests, the driver was very arrogant and nervous. Lack of respect for hotel guests.

The room service, the reception desk, all the management staff. Mr.Karson is a great man.

Great location for the expo with direct access.Staff were lovely.

$15 for a cup of coffee downstairs was absurd

Room is clean and well designed, although the place is a little bit far from the city center, it is near a subway station and easily reached on foot. Quite and well maintained.

Comfortable room with new facilities and decoration, Room size is big with frangrance surrounded,The atmosphere and whole experience is fantastic.
